    I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1992, received by Brokers license in 2007 and active in the community since 1974. So, I have a network of resources required to market and attract buyers for your property.

     
    I specialize in helping families prepare their home for the market in order to insure the quickest and easiest sell possible. I am an expert in residential marketing and promotion, and I am knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate Sales.
     
    With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University, I understand the market and economic trends that may impact the sale of your home and how to adapt to the market.     Kenn joined the Laura Swearingen Team in December 2017 after his retirement from a 30 year management consulting career which included 13 years as a Partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting and IBM Global Business Services.  Kenn has been a resident of Arlington since 1989.  He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2012 providing part-time support to the Laura Swearingen team in areas including marketing and financial management.   Kenn will wear multiple hats on the team as he coordinates the efforts to market homes for sellers, and works closely with buyers to help them find a home that meets their specific needs.  He looks forward to working with the team and its many clients to help ensure their total satisfaction with the home buying/selling experience.
