     I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1992, received by Brokers license in 2007 and active in the community since 1974. So, I have a network of resources required to market and attract buyers for your property.

     
    I specialize in helping families prepare their home for the market in order to insure the quickest and easiest sell possible. I am an expert in residential marketing and promotion, and I am knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate Sales.
     
    With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University, I understand the market and economic trends that may impact the sale of your home and how to adapt to the market. With my extensive experience in contract preparation and negotiation skills, I can help protect your interests and help maximize your net profit on your home.
