The city of Hurst is considered a suburb of Dallas- Fort Worth and is full of activities for everyone. Hurst has an Artisan Center Theatre as well as a luxurious mall that will meet all shopping needs. The city of Hurst also has an aquatics center, three golf courses and much more making it the perfect place to reside.
Hurst is a part of the Hurst-Euless-Bedford School district that stands on the grounds, “Empowering Today to Excel Tomorrow.” This motto can be seen in action with the way this district has been recognized by the Texas Education Agency. HEB ISD has received recognition for achievements in student performance and academics, public relation practices, operating efficiency, music education and teacher salaries. As for the far north and west portions of Hurst belong to the outstanding districts of Grapevine-Colleyville ISD and Birdville ISD.
