This southwestern Dallas county city is located near Texas Highway Interstate 30 that offers convenient living in a quaint town. Cockrell Hill offers public transit by way of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit as well as a library, seven parks and many diverse dining opportunities. This city is also located just east of the Dallas National Golf Club golf course and near Mountainview College. Annually, Cockrell Hill holds a National Night Out that has carnival rides and eats while the whole city ventures out to interact and have fun.
